Freight Policy (US only):
F.O.B. shipping point: Eastern Arts Connection, Inc., Central business Park, 139 Center Street. Unit 2008. Bristol, CT 06010
Individual account: Free Freight for order $50 and up. Otherwise will be$25 flat rate. Wholesale account: Free Freight for order $300 and up.
This applies only to domestic shipments to the lower 48 states and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska. Customers from Hawaii and Alaska, please contact our office by phone

Claims:
Claims for damage and losses in transit must be made directly with the carrier. Claims for errors and shortages must be made within (10) days of receipt.
Return:
Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization. Acceptable returned goods are subject to a 10% handling charge. No returns will be allowed after 30 days from invoice date.
