Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:

We accept PayPal and all major credit card.

For wholesale account, we accept PayPal, Credit Card, Wire transfers and Net 30 days with approved credit.

Wholesale Minimum order:

$150.00 minimum order. All items must be ordered according to the minimum quantities specified in the wholesale catalog.

C.O.D. Customers: All C.O.D. orders require a credit card number to secure the order.  Charges for shipping costs and a $10.00 handling fee will be made if shipments are returned by UPS.

Interest:

1.5% per month, for past due accounts.

Claims:

Claims for damage and losses in transit must be made directly with the carrier. Claims for errors and shortages must be made within (10) days of receipt.

Return:

Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization. Acceptable returned goods are subject to a 10% handling charge. No returns will be allowed after 30 days from invoice date.
